These terms govern access to the Bluisla platform, the publication of vessel listings, and the submission and management of charter inquiries.
Bluisla operates a curated marketplace for boat charter inquiries and listing management. We introduce guests and vessel owners, publish listing information provided to us, and provide tooling to manage requests. Unless a page explicitly states otherwise, Bluisla is not the owner, operator, skipper, insurer, or carrier of the listed vessel.
For Bluisla's current launch phase, guest requests are submitted as inquiries. A booking is not final until the owner accepts it and the parties confirm any off-platform payment instructions or operational requirements. Prices, extras, deposits, and charter conditions shown on the platform are published in good faith, but owners remain responsible for confirming the final commercial and operational terms.
Each listing publishes its own cancellation terms and any free-cancellation or partial-refund windows. Guests must review those terms before submitting an inquiry. Owners may reject requests that do not meet licensing, safety, age, or experience requirements, and both parties must comply with marina rules, local law, and onboard conduct standards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluisla is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate owner-provided listing content, weather, port closures, vessel unavailability, guest conduct, or disputes between contracting parties. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Bluisla operating entity, and legal notices regarding the platform should be sent through the contact details published on Bluisla.
